DIONNA GRAY, WOMANISH Co-Founder:

After graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelors degree in communications, Dionna worked as an Account Executive for CBS from 2015 to 2018, where she was responsible for developing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns for a portfolio of major brands including T-mobile, Audi and the Bahamas to help them reach their objectives by utilizing CBS assets such as digital, events and radio. Today, Dionna is a marketing manager for Guaranteed Rate, managing 150 loan officers, branch managers and regional managers in California. Outside of work, she is dedicated to the empowerment of womxn around the world via a podcast that she shares with her sister, Danyelle Gray, called “Girl Do Better.”

On the bi weekly podcast, the sisters share their stories about navigating through life as womxn in the hopes that their journeys will help other womxn find strength and courage. Dionna is passionate about the arts (ballet, in particular), spending time with family and friends—and, of course, her maltese/shih tzu, Teddy Bear—and volunteering for her church in Naperville where she can often be found feeding the homeless and mentoring at-risk youth. As the co-founder of WOMANISH, Dionna plans to bring her experiences and perspectives on being a womxn to the movement and the platform that it provides, ultimately creating a community that will support and motivate young womxn to reach their potential and follow their dreams.
